NR Corporation is being supplier of spare parts in bulk. Dismantling, packaging parts and loading them into containers is conducted in Itako dismantling yard of NR Corporation. We use modern, specially fitted equipment, which allows us to reduce the time and increase the quality and density of loading, reducing your risks for a damage of parts.
We can assist you in the following two ways:
1. According to your model list we can prepare and dismantle chosen vehicles with our experienced professional staff for either 20ft or 40 ft container load. In addition to dismantling, we will also load the used parts into container and arrange the shipment so you don’t have to worry about making any of the arrangements. Numbers of the cars that we can load into the container will vary depending on the way you dismantle the car.
2. You can send your team to our equipped for dismantling yard so they could inspect, help to dismantle when necessary the cars on their own and assure the quality level you are satisfied with. We can assist your staff with necessary VISA support and will provide place to live during their stay. Please let our sales manager know if you have any questions about the above-mentioned way of ordering parts.
PROCESS:
On the customer’s request NR Corporation staff can place bids and purchase cars on their own. We purchase cars from usual auctions as well as form recycle car auctions. Some single parts could be also purchased from sources like yahoo auctions, croober and etc.
NUMBER OF CARS:
Dismantled cars could be shipped by 20 F or 40 F containers. Numbers of the cars that we can load into the container will vary depending on the way you dismantle the car.
Average packing:
Full car dismantle
20F container: 8-10 cars
40F container: 20-25 cars
Half cuts
20F container: 4 cars
40F container: 8 cars
Please note depending on the parts customer will take from car and the cutting type we can load more dismantled cars.

CALCULATIONS BREAKDOWN
AUCTION CAR PRICE- is the price by which car was purchased from auction.
AUCTION FEE- is the fee paid by our company to auction for each purchased unit.
TRANSPORTATION TO OUR YARD FEE- we recommend to purchase cars from auction close to our dismantling yard.
RECYCLE FEE- average recycle fee from 7,000 JPY to 14,000 JPY. Recycle fee always could be checked from the auction sheet before bidding.
AGENT FEE- our company agent fee is 30,000 JPY. We also charge additional fee for expensive cars.
Please note, that NR Corporation always open for the negotiations, agent fee is decided based on the particularities and difficulties of each order.
DISMANTLE COST:
Full dismantling- 50,000 JPY per unit
Half cut- 30,000 JPY per unit
EXPENSES FOR THE CONTAINER
40F CONTAINER- 170,000 JPY
20F CONTAINER- 150,000 JPY
Expenses for the container include following:
– Drayage (container transportation from shipping company to yard and back to shipping company)
– Customer broker’s fee;
– Export tax;
– Container scale;
– Container seal;
– Origin THC (terminal handling charges)
Following information is required from customer for the quotation: 1) Container type (20F/40F); 2) Country and the port of the destination; 3) Freight payment terms (collect or prepaid)
CAR DISMANTLE PROCESS:
Once car arrived to our yard, we upload 30-40 photos of your car to customer and the video of the engine working.
We start dismantle once all cars for the container are collected in our yard. Dismantle is done based on your request.
Shipping of airbags and batteries is prohibited by Japanese government.
Packing of parts is done for free. However, customer have to pay for wrapping materials. Customer can choose how and which materials should be used.
We can combine parts with cars loading to containers.
PAYMENT TERMS:
In order to start customer has to transfer the security deposit to our account. The amount of the security deposit is 1,000,000 JPY or 10,000 USD.
Once all cars for container collected in our yard, we will request for clearing the outstanding balance. Please not that we can request the payment earlier if the purchased cars are expensive.
TIME LIMITS:
Once all cars are collected in our yard, we start dismantling. Based on difficulty our staff dismantle 5-10 cars daily. (full dismantle)
Usual container waiting time in Japan after the loading 1 week. Transit time by ship depends on the country of the destination. Average 30-35 days.
SHIPPING:
We provide customer 30-40 photos of container packing. During the loading we also consult with the customer on his preferences for loading.
Shipping line is chosen based on the customer’ preferences.
Once shipped, we send customer: Link with the photos; Container number; Container tracking link; Original Bill of Lading and the Shipping Invoice and Instruction.
